The Canary islands by motorcycle

Upon your arrival at Gran Canaria, you will comfortably settle into your hotel before spending your first night there.

For this first day on the road, you will head to the peaks of the island: Pico de Las Nieves and Roque Nublo. You’ll take a coffee break at Cruz de Tejeda, a popular meeting spot for the island’s motorcyclists, especially on this Sunday. Then, after having lunch in Tejeda, a classic Spanish village, you will descend towards the coast and the Bandama crater before reaching the village of Telde.

Today you will discover the north of the island with its typical villages: Arucas and its mountain offering a 360° panorama, Firgas and its fountain street, Teror and its basilica, as well as the cave dwellings of Cenobio de Valeron. You will ride between the mountains and banana plantations, giving you a taste of South America.

A day on the road filled with gorges, ravines, and canyons on the western part of Gran Canaria, delving into the geological heart of the island. No straight lines here, but winding roads and landscapes reminiscent of American national parks. Lunch break in the highest and most beautiful village of Artenara. Finally, you reach the small resort town of Puerto Nieves for a coastal break.

Immediate departure to the island of Tenerife by ferry. Then, you’ll take the central road that ascends from La Laguna, where you can admire the Teide Peak and the national park of the same name. Depending on the weather, you might reach its summit by cable car. Then, passing through the lava field of Pico Viejo, you head to the seaside resort of Garachico.

Back to the heights for a coffee break in one of Tenerife’s most beautiful villages: Masca. You’ll head back to the north of the island and the capital, Santa Cruz, via the east coast, making sure not to miss the UNESCO center of La Laguna.

After wandering through the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, you’ll take the ferry back to Gran Canaria. You will travel along one of the island’s most beautiful coastal roads to reach Puerto Mogan, where you can enjoy a few more moments on the beach.

Last moments in the Canary Islands and then it’s back to the airport according to your flight schedule. This marks the end of your motorcycle tour!
